The mini stainless steel confectionery frame 24,5x24,5 cm is ideal for pouring fruit jellies, caramels, marshmallows etc...

The frames are made of solid square bar 8x8 mm, 10x10 mm, 12x12 mm or 15x15 mm.

 

A separator is available as an option.

 

For fruit pastes, we recommend you to study the silicone frame mats which are a very advantageous 2iso innovation.

 

We have no stock on these stainless steel items, and we manufacture to order in our workshops. This implies a few days of manufacturing time (1 week maximum).
