The Ideal Frame for Chocolate, Ganache, and Praline
The 2iso standard plastic ganache frame is designed for pouring chocolate, ganache, and praline. It fits perfectly with most common guitar cutters and offers optimized dimensions:
- Inner dimensions: 16x16 cm
- Outer dimensions: 19x19 cm
- Available thickness: from 2 to 20 mm
A Food-Grade, Durable, and Practical Material
The frame is made of food-grade HDPE, a recyclable, strong, and flexible material. Unlike stainless steel frames, it can be easily straightened by hand if slightly warped. This flexibility is a real advantage to prevent leaks when pouring praline.
⚠️ Maximum operating temperature: 55°C
This frame is not suitable for fruit pastes or caramel, which require higher temperatures.
How to Use
- Place the frame on a guitar sheet or a chablon.
- Pour the ganache inside.
- Allow to cool.
- Remove the frame and flip the ganache onto the guitar cutter frame.
- Cut after removing the paper.
