Food-grade HDPE chablons for pastry and chocolate making

2iso perforated matrix plates, also known as chablons or pastry templates, make it easier to portion a variety of preparations quickly and consistently, including chocolate rocks, macarons, frangipane portions and seasonal creations.

Made from food-grade HDPE, these rigid chablons are designed for chocolatiers, pastry chefs and confectioners looking for repeatable, evenly sized portions. The shape, size and layout of the openings are adapted to each application, from flat chocolate-rock portions and macarons to larger frangipane discs.
