How to pour a ganache into a ganache frame glued to a chablon.


How to Use the 2iso Ganache Frame

Follow these steps for a perfect ganache preparation with the 2iso HDPE ganache frame:

1️⃣ Prepare the base – Place the baking sheet on the marble and spray water to stick the guitar foil.
2️⃣ Chablon the film – Lightly sand the film on the plate.
3️⃣ Attach the ganache frame – Secure the frame on top of the prepared surface.
4️⃣ For multiple frames – Repeat the process if pouring several frames at once.
5️⃣ Pour the ganache – Fill the frame with your ganache mixture.
6️⃣ Smooth the surface – Use a scraper to level the ganache evenly.
7️⃣ Refrigerate overnight – Place the sheet(s) in the fridge for proper setting.
8️⃣ Trim the edges – The next day, use a knife to cut around the ganache.
9️⃣ Remove the frame – Carefully lift off the ganache frame.
🔟 Retrieve the ganache – Use a stainless steel plate or ganache scoop to lift it.
1️⃣1️⃣ Place the ganache on the guitar – Transfer the set ganache onto the cutting guitar.

1️⃣2️⃣ Apply a chablon – Spread chocolate onto the ganache surface.
1️⃣3️⃣ Cut with the guitar – Slice the ganache into precise portions.
