The custom-made 2iso silicone frame mat is designed for casting fruit jellies, gelées, confectionery, thickened purées, firm ganaches, or any preparation that requires a perfectly sealed and resistant frame.
This model is manufactured to measure with very high precision:

Inner dimensions: 550 × 335 × 15 mm
Outer dimensions: 580 × 365 × 18 mm

Thanks to its thick and uniform structure, the frame ensures clean pouring, consistent thickness and an easy, precise release.

How to use

1. Place the silicone frame mat on a baking tray or template.

2. Pour your hot preparation inside.

3. Allow it to set completely.

4. Remove the frame gently.

5. Cut your fruit jelly on a guitar cutter or cutting board.
