The plastic baking tray 2iso are ideal for working with products up to 50°C: chocolate and cold pastries.

Several sizes are available. The sizes 40x40 cm, 40x60 cm and 40x80 cm are suitable for the 40 cm wide ladder.

The plastic used is PS choc, which is food grade and more rigid than the polyethylene (HDPE) used for the ganache frames.

The plate bends much less than a cutting board and you can stack them with our plastic spacers.
