The 2iso plastic ganache frames are suitable for ganaches with their perfect adherence to the templates.

They are very practical even with liquid pralinés; the ganaches are poured directly into the frame which is placed on the guitar sheet or glued to a templaes. After cooling, simply remove the frame and flip the ganache onto the guitar frame. All that' left is to remove the paper and cut.

The plastic used is HDPE: food grade, recyclable, it is sturdy but can be easily straightened by hand if it has slightly warped.
