Rock matrix plate 2iso size M 34,8x39,8 cm

Description:

The rock matrix plate 2iso size M 34,8x39,8 cm is ideal for the quick production of rocks. The plate has space for excess material.

Size M can be used with a 60x40 cm baking tray.

Several thicknesses are available between 10 and 15 mm, and several hole diameters are available:

- diameter 28 mm (for feuilletine rocks for example). The size M plate in diameter 28 mm has 63 holes.

- diameter 40 mm (for almond rocks for example). The size M plate in diameter 40 mm has 35 holes.

An optional counter frame can be used on top or underneath. The underframe requires the machining of a rebate under the die, which we automatically produce when ordering the underframe option.

The plastic used is HDPE: food grade, recyclable, and strong. Caution: plastic frames are not suitable for pouring at temperatures above 80°C (no fruit jellies or caramel for example).
