2ISO plastic framing rulers are a practical and cost-effective solution for pouring ganache. Lighter and more affordable than stainless steel rulers, they are perfectly suited for large-format chocolate work.
This product is supplied as a set of 3 bars, each 2 meters long, with a choice of widths: 25 mm or 40 mm, and multiple thickness options ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm, depending on your requirements.
If the standard length is too long, the rulers can be easily cut to size using a hacksaw, hand saw, jigsaw, or any other suitable tool.

The material used is HDPE (high-density polyethylene):
food-safe, recyclable, and durable. It provides good rigidity while allowing the ruler to be straightened by hand if it develops a slight warp.
⚠️ Please note: plastic rulers are not suitable for pouring at temperatures above 80 °C (not recommended for fruit jellies or caramel).
