DELAYS
Our products are generally in stock, and in case of shortage, we remanufacture within 24 hours, and we ship within 24 hours. If your deadlines are very tight, contact us via the contact form, we will inform you more precisely. Express transport is possible at extra cost.
MODES OF DELIVERY
For delivery in France: we work with COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST for individuals and small parcels, and for heavy shipments we use GEODIS CALBERSON® courier or charter. Our delivery times are generally 2-3 days. To know our exact delivery times or if you have an emergency contact us via the contact form.
For the delivery of certain countries of the European Community: for the amounts including all taxes lower than 300€, the participation in the expenses of forwarding is 14€ HT or 16.80€ including all taxes. For higher amounts, delivery is free.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by credit card: Your payments by credit card are secured by the online payment solution, E-transactions from Crédit Agricole, with the SSL secure protocol. This payment protocol is standard and recognised worldwide for the protection of data transmitted on the Internet. It is available on almost all browsers. The data provided by the Internet user on his card (number, expiry date, etc...) are encrypted before being sent to the E-transactions payment server.
Payment by PAYPAL
Payment by bank transfer before shipment: We provide you with our bank details when you place your order. Shortly afterwards, as soon as our bank account is credited with the amount due, we will send you the order.
Payment by cheque before shipment: to be made out in €uros to 2ISO, order number to be written on the back of the cheque, and sent to 2ISO, 7 le clos Montplaisir, 31460 CARAMAN - FRANCE.
All payments are made in €uros. The processing and delivery time of an order paid by cheque is subject to the cashing of the cheque. Payments by credit card will guarantee a much faster processing and delivery of your order.
