Aluminium baking tray 1200/400/4 mm

The ultra-rigid 2iso aluminium baking trays are ideal for standard and intermediate ganache frames.

We have chosen this material for its exceptional characteristics in terms of weight/stiffness ratio. It is a food contact approved aluminium alloy, which replaces wood in the food industry.

These plates are 4 mm thick and have nothing to do with the extra-thin aluminium or stainless steel plates on the market.

Several sizes are available to fit standard and intermediate ganache frames.
