Single string guitar

Single-string guitar for amateurs and students, ideal for cutting fruit jellies, ganaches and marshmallows.

The guitar is made of HDPE, the cutting pitch is 7.5 mm, with a 0.7 mm single string, to make standard size candies 22.5 * 22.5 mm, 15 * 22.5 mm, 30 * 15 mm, 30 * 30 mm, etc... and it is suitable for all our mini size ganache frames (24.5 cm) in HDPE or stainless steel.

The guitar is supplied with a 30 cm cutting string with handle, also available in our accessories catalogue, and it can be completed with the stainless steel mini shovel for depositing and collecting your sweets.
