The plastic ganache frame separator is a HDPE ruler to separate a ganache frame in order to reduce its size, e.g. for trials and small productions.
Several lengths of separator are available, adapted to our different sizes of plastic ganache frames (1 mm shorter than the inside of the corresponding ganache frames) :
- 244 mm, suitable for the mini ganache frame 24,5 cm
- 344 mm, suitable for the intermediate ganache frame
- 364 mm, suitable for the standard ganache frame
15 mm wide, several thicknesses are available from 2 to 25 mm.
Colour white or grey according to supply.
The plastic used is HDPE: food grade, recyclable, it is strong but can be easily straightened by hand if necessary if it has become a little cloudy. Please note: plastic rulers are not suitable for casting at temperatures above 80°C (not for fruit jellies or caramel for example).
