The square silicone mat Frame 2iso 34,5 cm is a mould made in our workshops with professional food grade silicone (the thickness of the bottom is 3mm and the edges 15mm, and it does not bend).

Ideal for fruit jellies, caramels, nougats, marshmallows.

The bottom prevents leaks, is quicker to install and is cheaper than stainless steel frames.

Operating temperature: -50 / +230°C.
